Electronics Hardware

Coming soon are several versions of electronic hardware (specifically small printed circuit boards) that can be controlled directly via NeoBook. These boards will allow for digital and analog inputs, digital outputs, a PWM output, and possibly Servo control, IR remote control etc.

This means you will be able to connect your computer to things like switches and LEDs and have Neobook control them. You will also be able to measure DC voltages, and also talk to LCD character displays.

These devices will connect to your PC via an RS232 or USB port and interface to Neobook via a specially written plugin to make implementation and control simple.

There will be complete documentation available for the interfacing protocol so people not using Neobook may also interface to these devices with other languages etc.
